As a registered tax agent, we are bound by the Code of Professional Conduct issued by the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) and comply with all professional and legal obligations set out in the legislation.
As a registered tax agent, we are obligated to:
- Provide services competently, diligently, and in accordance with all relevant laws and professional standards
- Maintain confidentiality of client information, except as required or permitted by law
- Act with honesty, integrity, and independence when providing tax agent services
- Manage conflicts of interest appropriately and disclose any that arise
- Maintain professional skills and knowledge through ongoing education
- Comply with all obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the Code of Professional Conduct.

We confirm that, as at the date of this disclosure, we have no relevant events to disclose under section 30-220 of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. This means there are no current sanctions, investigations, or disciplinary proceedings against us that affect our registration or ability to provide tax agent services.
Should any such events arise in the future, we will update this disclosure promptly in accordance with our obligations and to keep our clients fully informed.

How to Make a Complaint
If you have a complaint about our tax agent services, please contact your accountant in the first instance by email, outlining the details of your concern. Your complaint will be reviewed by one of our Directors. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing and confirm our understanding of the circumstances.
We aim to resolve complaints within 10 business days and will inform you of our proposed resolution and the steps involved in our dispute resolution process.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may then lodge a complaint with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB). The TPB will acknowledge your complaint, review the information provided, and undertake a risk assessment as part of its process. If you remain dissatisfied with how your complaint is handled by the TPB, you may have review rights and options for further assistance.
