Rizalie Caole
Analyst
Rizalie grew up in the beautiful coastal area of Anda in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. With sandy white beaches and turquoise clear waters her childhood was spent swimming and fishing. Beach days were spent with her cousins and their entrepreneurial spirit was ignited as they collected shellfish and sold them to local merchants. In the summertime, Rizalie and her family migrated to a nearby area to become salt makers – helping to boil down the sea water and ‘cook’ salt.
When she was young she had imagined she would be a teacher or nurse, she’d never really known any other professions. As her schooling progressed, the world around her opened up a little more and during Rizalie’s years at High School she was contemplating pursuing engineering at college but a friend has suggested accounting. Having never met an accountant, she’d heard that all businesses have a need for accounting services and need a way to sort out their tax. With her love for analysis, numbers and maths she thought… why not?
Based out of our Philippines office, Rizalie loves the analysis that comes from compiling and reviewing financial statements. Seeing the trends as well as changes and how that can aid in decision making. She’s armed with a great willingness to learn and her easy going, friendly demeanor combined with her determination to produce great quality work make for great work being produced with a few cheeky smiles along the way. Rizalie’s approachability is a great quality to have in the field of accounting where tax and financials can be intimidating and a minefield to navigate for so many.
